RETURNS AND WARRANTY

RETURNS

All Surreal Audio products may be returned within 14 days of arrival to the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification email with the status of your refund. Please use the contact form to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same working condition that you received it in with no obvious physical damage or evidence of tampering with the internal circuitry. However, the customer must pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. This is a small operation and processing returns takes time.

If you believe your order arrived damaged or defected and it’s within the 14-day return window, please contact us immediately at support@surrealaudio.com. You may be eligible for free return shipping without the 10% re-stocking fee and we will exchange your item free of charge.

WARRANTY

All Surreal Audio products carry a lifetime warranty for the original owner. No matter what went wrong, we’ll fix it. We will cover, at no additional cost to the customer, manufacturing defects and mechanical/electrical failure during normal use and operation, which is determined at our discretion. Please use the contact form to initiate a repair for items under warranty.

Warranty does not cover the following:

Cosmetic damage.
Environmental or liquid damage.
Evidence of tampering or modifying the internal circuitry.

Non-warranty repairs are billed at 20$/hour.
